  • Extra payments in Leh office accepted in cash only
  • No refund for unused services due to weather or flight cancellation
  • 25% non-refundable advance at booking
  • Balance 75% payment one month before travel

Cancellation Policy

  • 15% cancellation charge before 30 days of tour
  • 25% cancellation charge within 20 days of tour
  • 50% cancellation charge within 10 days of tour
  • No refund within 10 days of tour start
  • No show: 100% tour cost
  • Refund process takes around 60 days

  • Vehicles like Eco/Omni/Innova/Xylo used for airport transfers
  • AC not applicable in hilly areas
  • Package cost depends on number of passengers
  • Extra vehicle charge for rafting pickup point
