All bookings with Soloara.com are subject to availability and confirmation.
To secure your booking, a non-refundable 20% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 80% must be paid at least 15 days prior to the trip start date.
Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the advance amount.
Once booked, confirmation details and travel itinerary will be shared via email.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the trip will be eligible for a refund minus the 20% booking advance.
Cancellations between 15–30 days before the trip will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
Cancellations within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
No refund will be made for unused services or no-shows.
In case of natural calamities or unforeseen events beyond control, Soloara.com reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip.
3. Medical Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit for the trip you are booking.
Some trips may require moderate to high physical activity. Please consult your doctor before booking if you have any health conditions.
Soloara.com is not liable for any medical emergencies, pre-existing conditions, or incidents that arise during the trip.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain trips.
4. Payment Policy
Advance Payment: 20% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
Final Payment: 80% balance must be paid at least 15 days before the trip start date.
Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other methods accepted on our platform.
Late payments may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
